My husband and I were first time homebuyers and a colleague recommended Janet Cronin-Rumanoff for our house search. She was invaluable to us finding the perfect home. We worked with her for five months, and she was super honest about our expectations, knowledgeable about the current market, and helped us write up a competitive offer for our new home. Janet Cronin-Rumanoff is a marvelous real estate agent. She and I worked together for several months to find a suitable house for me. Her patience, good judgement, and understanding of the CT market were invaluable. Once we found the right house, she provided sound advice for negotiating the details of the transaction and advised me on how to arrange the transaction. Her referrals for service providers -- lawyers, inspectors, etc. -- were consistently first rate.
