Jayme Burden was such a blessing and an amazing realtor!!!! We were looking for a house in an area we knew nothing about and tried other realtors who didn’t take us seriously. Other realtors stopped replying, weren’t hearing our needs and not accommodating or helpful at all. Jayme was knowledgeable of the area, met all of our needs regarding location, size, budget and getting the best deal!! He met us on a Saturday to show us some houses, sit down with us at his office to pull other listings and allowed us time to discuss which ones we were really interested in and drove over an hour just to show us a house!! He already could tell which one we would go with but was so patient entertaining us, giving us great information and making us feel real confident in our buy!!! Jayme didn’t hold back his wisdom and knowledge of real estate as well as his kindness in treating us like a part of the community than just a paycheck!! He was accommodating to our needs and even welcomed our dog along to see all the properties we wanted to see!! We finally closed on our first house, we are very happy with our first house and we were happy that Jayme came to the closing for his support and celebration!! Jayme also worked past regular working hours day and night to email important paperwork that needed signed and read and reviewed as well as processing everything we needed in such a timely manner!! We never once lost trust or confidence in him and we’re surprised at the dedication he put in to go above and beyond to help us new homeowners with this process!! Jayme is also resourceful when we asked about utilities and who to ask for help around the house as far as home improvements and projects!! We asked a ton of questions throughout the process and he met us with clear answers and patience! He is someone we would not only recommend but use when it comes to buying land and other homes!!!
