Jen Hayes, realtor at Compass combines her love of the area & industry with her passion for problem-solving & helping others. Before getting into real estate, Jen built her skillset in the corporate world, leading multi-million dollar projects, managing expectations during high-stress company acquisitions, overcoming difficult vendors, negotiating favorable contracts, marketing new products, and providing thorough research and analysis to support executive decision-making. These skills, along with her knowledge of the area, work ethic, and eye for design, bring value to buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis.
Jen was raised in Jacksonville, FL and graduated from Florida State University in Business Management (Go 'Noles!). After numerous corporate relocations around the country, she and her husband moved to St. Augustine to raise a family of their own. Jen is so passionate that St. Johns County is the best place live and work that she manages her own investments here, as well as, encouraged both sets of grandparents, a cousin, and two aunts to move here. In addition to spending time with family, Jen enjoys staying active in the community, volunteering at her childrens' school, on neighborhood and community theater boards, and as a boy scout leader.
While Jen prides herself on being always available, in her free time, she enjoys travelling, boating, diving, concerts and theater performances, and finding new restaurants and things to do around town with her family and friends.
