She wasn’t working with me just to get a sale and do business, instead she actually wanted what’s best for me and supported every decision I made. Jennifer IS THE ADVOCATE everyone needs in their corner when looking to buy or rent a home!
She is extremely educated on the market and helped us to navigate renting or buying with a VA loan. She helped me to remain patient throughout the process and the Insane housing market 🤯! She went over and beyond what many agents would be willing to do. The moment I told her I was interested in a property she was contacting the seller for details and setting an appointment to view the home virtually. YES, I said virtually! We were unable to visit the area and depending heavily on Jennifer to provide a brutally honest assessment. She would drive the neighborhoods and send us videos so we could see all aspects of the neighborhood and the home.

She never got frustrated with my Crazy, lol. And I thought I was extremely annoying, lol. I was so stressed, like so many military families are when they are trying to secure a home among all the chaos. Jennifer was empathetic to our stress and had lived through 16 PCS’s of her own. Her unique experiences and knowledge of the current market were the only reason I did not loose my mind 🤪.

My family had a fantastic experience working with Jennifer throughout the years. Our first experience was buying our first home in Alexandria in 2019, it was an extremely seamless process and we felt very comfortable going through it the first time with Jennifer by our side.

Our most recent real estate excursion had the potential of being extremely risky and stressful, but thanks to Jennifer, it all worked out perfect as planned! Jennifer is the best!! I had been working with another agent with another company for a few months last year. The experience was so off-putting, I retracted an offer and decided to put off my search to regain some semblance of calm. The rental property I was living in at the time was on the market and had many showings. Jennifer, who I didn’t know at this point, was showing the place to her clients. Overhearing her professionalism and care with them and her being so considerate of me and my space while I was there, I snapped a pic of her card when she left and vowed she’d be my new agent when I was ready to jump back into the market. A few months later I reached out and it was the best decision I could have made. She was patient, personable, professional and made me feel like she’d always advocate for me, something I hadn’t had with my previous agent. She helped me find the perfect place and I was able to close at asking price along with inspection and subsequent repairs, even in this crazy market where sellers were wanting astronomical amounts over asking and waiver of inspection just to be in the race. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or looking to sell in the area. I already told her she’s not getting rid of me. I’ll be back when I’m ready to sell my current property or buy an investment property.

I highly recommend Jennifer Hernandez to help you find your next home. She helped my wife and I buy our first house. While we have no plans to move of it, the house she helped us find is perfect, Jennifer will be the first person we’ll call if we ever do feel like moving. Jennifer turned the daunting home-buying process into one over which we felt we had control. She was patient with us, answered our questions quickly, and never pressured us into anything. Very early on she told us we should never talk ourselves into a house. The right house for us will be the one we know is right. Over many months and dozens of showings, she helped us follow that philosophy until we finally decided on our ideal home. The time and knowledge Jennifer gave us were invaluable. Also, she kept us on track to meet our closing deadlines and recommended folks we ended up working with for inspections and repairs.
