Judy is a fantastic and great realtor. She helped us with seeing and walking-thru the condo both on internet via her phone and physically when we got there. She is so honest that whatever she advertised was exactly the way it is in fact. She let us feel so comfortable to make our final decision to buy the condo. She helped us a lot to make the condo ours and all kinds of paperwork. If we deal with another home/condo buy/sell in the future we will definitely pick her as our realtor. I have bought and sold homes across the country. I have used realtors in the past trying to buy property in Sarasota and Manatee County and this experience was the best one yet!! Judy was prompt to answer my phone calls and questions and if she was not sure, she found out and got back to me immediately!! She went above and beyond contacting the listing agent and the other parties involved and made my home buying process as smooth as possible. Closing was a breeze and I have her to thank for easing my mind that things would be done AND they were!! I would definitely recommend Judy Durant from Bayshore Realty for any of your real estate needs!! I was not even looking this time to buy a property and I told her that and she still was professional and courteous and guess what I ended being an owner of a new condo!! I have known Judy for many years. She is the hardest working, most talented, customer oriented realtor I know. She has all the tools, in the office and at home. She has been her offices top producer for 15 straight years. Most of her business is either referrals or repeat business from her cuatomers, what could be a better referral than that? She lives her work and always makes sure her customers get what they are looking for. I must mention that Judy is my wife, however, my endorsement would be the same even if she were not.

We gave Judy a very difficult task as we needed to find a small condo on a very very limited budget and she never gave up. We ran her gas tank out more than once.. and would have ran any realtor out of patience, but not Judy. Definitely use Judy Durant @ Bayshore Realty Inc. I had never met Judy prior to our purchase. Only contacted her through a recommendation from a management company. She took the ball and ran with it. She was very easy to deal with and went above and beyond my expectations. Had such a good experience, that my sister who also was dealing with a seller that was hard to deal with contacted Judy and she made the deal happen. So from NW Ohio to Florida she made our dreams come true.
