Ken Hoefer

As a longtime resident of Baltimore City, I have a passion for the city's varied architecture, the distinct personalities of its neighborhoods and its eclectic restaurant scene. I bring this same passion to helping my clients, whether buyers or sellers, achieve real estate success. Originally from the South, I moved to Baltimore in 2000 and spent the next 19 years as a wealth management advisor assisting clients to grow, manage and protect their wealth. I gained a reputation for honesty, trustworthiness and commitment to exceptional client service. Having worked with wealth clients from across the metropolitan Baltimore region, I'm able to provide my real estate clients invaluable insight into the unique characteristics of many of the region's neighborhoods. When I'm not working on behalf of my clients, I enjoy relaxing at the beach. I also serve on the board of a local nonprofit serving adults and children with disabilities.
