Lauren made the very stressful house buying process super manageable for me while I was balancing a busy season at work. As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions about the whole process and she provided thorough responses every time. Lauren is such an amazing realtor and human being. I was a first-time homebuyer and she was very patient with me. She took the time to explain things to me thoroughly. I asked A LOT of questions, but she never made me feel like it was too much. She was flexible with my schedule as a single mother in showing houses and was patient with me figuring out what I wanted. She is super responsive and always met me with a smile and positivity. She certainly made the whole homebuying process much easier for me and for that I am forever grateful.

If you live in DMV area Lauren is the realtor for you!! She is truly there to make sure you get exactly what you want but also give great advice along the way!

We saw one property and I fell in love and since then Lauren made sure she would do whatever necessary to get me the property I LOVE IT!

Even if you aren’t in the DMV area; check out her Instagram she gives daily tips and advice to help you get closer to your first home or dream home!

Lauren was a lifesaver! I was in the middle of changing realtors when I met Lauren. After a conversation, we decided to work together to sell my home that was on the market for more than enough time. She came right in and did everything we discussed. She was very knowledgeable, confident, informative, and she worked extremely hard to market my home to get us to the closing table, which she did in 26 days after taking over the listing. I would without doubt continue to use Lauren as my realtor for any other deals that I have in the future. I wish I found her sooner!

There are so many GREAT things I can say about Lauren. This was my first time buying a home and she made it such a great experience! I’ve always heard nightmare stories about purchasing a home but it was the complete opposite for myself because of Lauren. Lauren’s communication skills are impeccable, she possesses the knowledge that real estate demands, and she is the top tier negotiator! There were times when I had questions either very late at night or early in the morning and Lauren was always right there to answer every question that I had. I purchased my home within 6 weeks after I met Lauren. She has a forever client here and I would recommend her to any and everyone purchasing or selling a home! I don’t think there are enough words to describe how amazing Lauren and her team are!

Lauren Thomas and her team did a amazing job being responsive and answering my phone calls as well as keeping me updated with the whole process. Lauren is very professional 👏 and nice. She constantly communicate with you through the whole process and very easy to talk to. I have moved from Minnesota to Maryland. She was with me on every step of the way: from finding my location, my move, sitting on meetings through my closing. Even after your closing, she checks on you even come to see you. Once you closed on your house, you are still part of Lauren clients family. I recommend Lauren to anybody who is a serious buyer. I will definitely use her services again. Lauren was great to work with. She was helpful, friendly, and supportive all the way throughout my search and purchase process. She really took time to understand, ask, and test ideas around what I liked, and what I was looking for to help narrow in on suggestions that were spot on. She also took a great interest in who I am as a person and not just who I am as a perspective buyer. Lastly, she wasn't pushy, was respectful, and patient even as my initial pace expectation was slower and methodical.
Ultimately, she is so good at what she does that what I expected to be a long slog of rejections, near misses, and stops & starts of a search, ended up in her helping me find the a house that hit every single mark, in much less time than I had previously assumed. In-fact, it kinda annoyed me ... like, "I'm trying to be difficult and high maintenance, Lauren!" (kidding).
