I'm Le Nguyen, Broker and Owner of Go-M Realty, raised in Houston and still here in Spring Branch. My roots here run deep — all the way back to the High School for Engineering Professions at Booker T. Washington — and this city is my backyard. My path to real estate wasn't the usual one. I earned an accounting degree from the University of Houston-Downtown, so I read every contract with an eye on the numbers that matter to you. Before real estate, I served as a purchaser for the U.S. Army in Kirkuk, Iraq, and spent 16 years coaching competitive women's gymnastics — two very different worlds that taught me the same lesson: preparation and nerve are everything when the pressure is on.
