Prior to becoming a REALTOR® over 15 years ago, I spent many years working in new construction. Thus, I have a diverse real estate background with extensive knowledge of the construction industry as well as the real estate market.

I do extensive market research with the most modern tools to either find you exactly what you want in a new home or make sure your home is priced correctly and seen by the most potential buyers. I also offer expert-level knowledge of financial options and the technical and legal aspects, essential to a smooth, pain-free transaction.

The last thing you need to worry about is whether your REALTOR® is taking care of your interests. Luz helped my wife and I navigate the buying process from out of state. She was extremely professional and thorough with her knowledge of the Pittsburgh real estate market. Her approach to understand what we wanted was great, she quickly was able to identify the important characteristics we were looking for in a house. Her input during the buying process was invaluable; she always had good input into the decision making process and helped us make the right decision. Once we found the right house she was deeply involved in the negotiation, the due diligence/inspection process and the finally the oversight of the seller's agreed upon corrections. I would highly recommend Luz if you are looking for a home in the Pittsburgh area.
