Matt Clausen, a Greater Nashville Area Real Estate Broker, has been assisting sellers and buyers as well as having an active property management staff for managing investment properties. He is licensed for 40 years and started his business in Pleasanton, California, with offices both there, and in the Nashville area, for three years (2004-2007) while transitioning into Tennessee.

Matt shared his dad’s passion for contracting and worked in construction during high school summers, through college and beyond for a few years, until he met his sister’s father-in-law, who introduced him to real estate. Three months later, he was working full-time in residential and commercial.

Matt and Evie have been married for 36 years. They have nine children and eleven grandchildren. Happily, they call Galltin and Hendersonville home.
