We”ve know Melody for many years both personally and professionally and she’s the best at what she does on both the buyer and the sellers side. I’d say she’s top in her field and knows her market well. Extremely helpful in all ways Real Estate. A top negotiator and a wealth of information and contacts to make your RE experience easy and smooth from insurance, home inspection, mortgage electrician plumbers everything you need as a buyer or a seller. One of the things that was of great value to me was how Melody handled everything even after closing. She took the time to gather all of my paperwork and present it in an organized folder, making it so easy to understand and keep track of everything. That kind of thoughtfulness and care meant a lot to me.
I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family and she spent much time with two of my sons when they were ready to buy a home in helping them identify what areas would be the best options for them as well as obtaining mortgage insurance ect. They could not have done it without her unwavering support and help in finding the perfect home for them.
If you want the best then look no further because Melody Stang is the person you want to handle all your RE needs. I’ve known her to do so many wonderful things to help her clients out like making arrangements for whatever they needed. She is a true professional and caring person and prides herself on being very present.

I can't not mention just how well-connected she is both socially and within the Real Estate industry. Her network makes her a huge asset during the home buying or selling process. My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Melody. We were out of town buyers who really needed an agent to be our eyes and ears if a property became available when we weren't in FL. Melody did a wonderful job checking out houses for us, making video tours, Facetiming live from properties for which we had interest. Melody went above and beyond providing terrific recommendations for everything from inspectors and appraisers to painters. She even helped co ordinate things so we could get the house painted before we moved in. We really appreciated all of her knowledge and help.
