Mike was absolutely fantastic as an agent. He was endlessly patient with us as we saw house after house and let us take up so much of his time. His availabilty was amazing; if I saw a house online, he was happy to accommodate me to see it same day or the next day. Once we were in the process of closing, he went to bat for us when we had troubles with the bank. I cannot recommend Mike enough, especially if you are buying in South Baltimore!

When I decided that I wanted to sell my townhome in Fells Point, I wanted to go with the surefire agent with a serious reputation that would facilitate everything while I was living out of town and get the sale done with ease. I went with Mike and he absolutely delivered. He was prompt in every communication leading up to the listing. He assisted with any service providers to prepare for sale, including meeting with contractors and cleaners at the property while I was out of town. We sold on multiple offers 4 days after listing. Mike was wonderful agent to work with. He explained every detail and made sure you understood before going on to the next point. He always was available either by phone or text even when out of town! No question was too small or silly. He made sure we were in control of all decisions but if we asked his opinion, he would tell us his ideas. He took the same interest in our property as he would a million dollar home. He took the time to check in and give us updates as to the showings and feedback he got from other agents. Mike joined my housemate and I in what could have been a very stressful process (our current landlord informing us he would not renew our lease due to selling the home, and us being informed of the need to secure new housing with a short turnaround) and made it informative, straightforward, and dare I say fun!

As young professionals, we learned so much not only about the process of securing what housing we were looking for (and getting a new lease for a property we are thrilled for!), but about the housing market in general. We were incredibly pleased with the partnership with Mike; he was attentive and incredibly responsive, professional and also personable. A true 10/10 agent.

I do hope my next interaction with Mike is in buying my first home (and maybe more- he makes me want to dabble in real estate!), because I know his advice, expertise, and trustworthy nature are a rarity to be held tightly to.

Michael Nugent was, by far, the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. As a seller's agent, before our very first meeting it was apparent that he had done an extensive amount of preliminary work. After seeing our property, however, he was able to quickly react to the unique circumstances of our property, and he aggressively, but fairly put a value on the property that was in line with what we were thinking. The MLS listing (with a video as well as professional photos) and brochure were the best I have ever seen. Because of his hard work, we had a full-asking price contract our property within hours of its going on the market. Throughout the process he proactively dealt with the buyers' agent to smooth out possible problems. He once again did an extensive amount of research with regard to "comps" in preparation for the buyers' appraisal, and he accompanied the appraisers around the entire property. Because we had to leave town before the closing date, we signed the papers that were required, but we felt 100% confident in relegating the final closing process to Mike. I would recommend anyone who wants to sell their property to contact Mike Nugent. He's the best!
