A really super nice guy who goes out of his way for his clients. He is a hard worker and always does his best to get you the best possible deal. Throughout the entire home buying process, Mike is a realtor who really looks out for your best interests. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and keeps it real with you. Any time my wife or I needed to reach him, he was always one phone call or text away, and he moves quickly. Although he has multiple clients, Mike really makes you feel like you’re the only one he is dealing with. We will definitely be calling him next time we need to buy/sell a home!!!

I've worked with multiple realtors and always found myself discouraged until I met Mike. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable person. Mike, has always empowered me by educating me through the entire process. I've bought and sold multiple properties through him and it's extremely exciting. Why? Because, he listens and gets results. His bargaining is mind blowing. I really like the guy and he definitely is doing a job he enjoys. One last thing is he's always available and he's never to busy to take my call or answer questions.

Mike was our realtor when we bought a house nearly two years ago. He was very patient and kept showing us houses until we found what we wanted. He negotiated strongly for us and we got our house in a fair deal. He's very, very knowledgeable. And he's been a good friend since then. I wouldn't buy or sell in this area without him. I highly recommend him!

My Fiance and I decided it was time to invest in buying our first home. We weren't buying a million dollar house but you would have thought so by the way Mike invested his time with us. It can be an intimidating processes but Mike helped us through every step of the way. He was so accommodating to us considering how busy our schedules were. He made himself available to us all the time. I can honestly say we got the house we really wanted because of the dedication Mike put into our dream home. During the buying process Mike spent a lot of time with us showing us what to look for in a house. He wasn't looking to make a quick sale, he was actually helping us invest. In the future we will be using Mike again to buy a vacation home.

What a great agent! Mike Procissi can find you a home, if needed recommend different inspectors, financial institutions, and guide you through getting your house out of a flood zone all in 3 weeks. His knowledge of the real estate market is unsurpassed as well as his negotiating skills. He is quick to respond to any and all questions and you learn quickly how integral he his.

I have been in real estate on and off since 1994. I met Mike when I was looking for a new property in 2018. We looked at at least 15 properties and he impressed me with his skill and knowledge in all aspects of home purchasing, construction, and local municipality laws. He wasn't just attempting to sell a house, but trying to find a fit, a place that worked for me. We finally found the right place and I couldn't be happier with the purchase and the process involved. Mike was on point in every aspect of the transaction and was available any time I called. Everything went smoothly and he was on time, every time. If you are truly looking for a real estate professional to either sell or buy representing you, Mike is your guy.
