Monica was referred to us by a close friend who knew we were looking for a 2nd Home in Siesta Key. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with her from showings to closing day. Her expertise and experience made the process very manageable. She was a true partner in the process having our back in negotiations and fighting for us all the way. Even after closing, she has helped us out meeting with contractors and service men because we are out of state buyers. She goes out of her way for her clients with a yes and a smile. Monica bends backwards for her clients and anyone who doesn’t use her is just plain foolish. Always great to have a true professional as your real estate partner.
