Alex was terrific. Even though we didn't rent the home he was showing us , he helped us find another through someone else. He was so helpful and considerate. Next time I'll rent the house from him even if I don't like it!!!! LOL.

Working with Alex was an awesome experience. He was the peak of professionalism and courtesy. Beyond that there was no task too daunting nor out of reach. I found Morgan on the MLS and felt compelled to call him as he seemed very familiar with an area that I was prospecting an investment property in. Being a foreign investor, I not only needed someone that could understand that this purchase was to be quantitatively driven, but also needed the extra oversight to provide insight to the property and the local sellers that I couldn't get because I live in Toronto, Canada. To say Morgan was competent, responsive, and knowledgeable would be an understatement. His support has greatly assisted with providing me a better understanding of investment value, local laws, rehab costs, and negotiating abilities, not to mention the ability to tap into his network of professionals in related fields. Considering the distance, I was first uneasy with my ability to find a trusted and educated source to run to for real estate processes. Morgan has since alleviated these concerns. AMAZING!!!

Morgan Ellis is a wonderful realtor! Morgan found me my 2 bedroom 2 bath house in January 2016 and I have been happy living in in ever since. He pays very close attention to what his customer is looking for, whether it is a number of bedrooms, style, or features. In my case this was not easy because what I was looking for changes the more we looked at houses. He was very patient and provided expert advice to help me find the perfect house. There's no one better than Morgan! He helped our daughter buy a house last year that was just perfect in every way - location, size, features, cost. He started the process by interviewing and surveying our daughter, as well as my husband and myself, about what we wanted in a home. He then used that information to narrow down the enormous field of possible houses in our area. We looked at only a few other properties before we knew we'd found the perfect home for our daughter.
