Some years back I was in the market for a new home I visited few homes but something was missing then a few of my friends mention Ninfa Gutiérrez of the great experience they had when they were looking to buy or sell a property, I decided to call Ninfa to help me find a home and I understood why they were talking so highly of her, Ninfa is a very experienced realtor she listens to the customer to find the right home. She is very caring very very patient efficient and she knows her business better than all of the other realtors a work with before. That why when I was time for me to sell one of my homes I called Ninfa to make a informed decision on price and strategy, she was able to sell my within days!! Ninfa is an exceptional realtor.
