I was surprised. As a retried AF Colonel, I spent a career moving around and was no stranger to buying and selling houses. The “Paul Conti Experience” was one I did not anticipate because it’s value extended so far past the norm. Paul did everything he said. Paul laid out a successful strategy to prep and sell my house in 7 days. He predicted I'd get multiple offers at a price point beyond what I thought was possible. It happened exactly as he said it would and while a wonderful result, he offered so much more. He helped me prepare for the closing – installing smoke detectors and finding tradesmen to fix things that had to be addressed before the sale. He helped me move some last pieces of furniture into truck that I could quite manage by myself and carried some items to Goodwill. What kind of real estate agent does that? Answer – a person who is in the business of helping people – and that makes his the most extraordinary real estate agent I have ever met or even heard of. He answers the phone or almost immediately calls back. He’s honest, humble, personable, energetic and smart -- all qualities that help describe “Paul Conti Experience”. He knows the region, and in my case, knew Burlington and is clearly a top producer. My bottom line – simply, that you can do no better than to trust his advice and list your home with him.

For a last minute job offer, we moved down to FL and had 3 weeks to clean out the entire house, pack everything in a U-haul and put our house on the market.

Paul was nothing short of Superman. He had a stager come in, professional pictures and video taken, had a pre-inspection done, put a “coming soon” sign up and did all of his research for comps in the area. We decided on a price and within a week the house was on the market and we were driving down to Miami.

Paul is just an overall nice guy and made this stressful time of moving, changing jobs and selling a house the least stressful all of these life changing events put together could possibly be. He took control and had back to back open houses and within a couple of weeks, we had multiple offers.

Choosing Paul as our realtor was the best decision my husband and I have ever made and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you’re selling or buying, do yourself a favor and pick Paul. He’s so professional, extremely knowledgable, will do things like staging and a pre-inspection that other realtors won’t do and most importantly, he will sell your house for over asking!!
