Raquel Knoell

Raquel began her career in sales at the prestigious Standard & Poor's selling to their top tiered National Accounts such as Morgan Stanley, Citibank and Chase. She traveled around the world educating staff members how to better service their clients using her developed methods and processes. She spent most of her days working with attorneys and negotiating million-dollar deals. Account management was her favorite part of the positions she held. Working closely with her clients, listening to their needs and formulating plans that would best serve them has always been at the forefront of what she stands for. Additionally, Raquel is extremely tech savvy, caring and is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get to work.

After spending 11 years in corporate sales, Raquel and her husband Thomas became entrepreneurs and started a bridal business specializing in designing accessories and jewelry. Their collection is sold in stores all over the world include the world-famous Kleinfeld Bridal in New York City.

She entered the world of real estate to expand her reach of helping her clients. She worked intimately with clients to plan the most important day of their lives and quickly transitioned into selling them their first home. She uses her creativity to think outside of the box and go above and beyond for her clients.

Raquel prides herself in providing excellence in customer service and relationship building in addition to top notch negotiating skills. Raquel is also a Social Media Specialist and also runs a podcast about living on the North Shore of Long Island called the Reals of Real Estate. Raquel and Thomas will work hand in hand to better serve their clientele accomplish their real estate goals.

Raquel was born and raised in Queens and attended Fordham University. She now resides in the beautiful village of Sea Cliff along with their 4 children and Pitbull named Blue.
