Reginald was very helpful i had to sell my dads house, it was an estate sale. There were alot of problems that occurred. But Reginald took care of all of them. Mr.Perryman was my real estate agent. He sold my mom's home after her death. I was her personal representative in probate. This was a totally new experience for me. He was extremely knowledgeable concerning all aspects of the sale. He took care of anything that came up and put me at ease during a very stressful time. Reginald is beyond remarkable!!! He is so professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. He assisted me in every step of selling my home. If anyone is looking for a very very competent real estate agent, Reginald Perryman is a very good choice. I was involved in a real estate purchase that required knowledge of probate court, HUD, and short sales. I Discovered Reginald on-line in late July 2019 and closed the property in October 2019. Reginald guided me through the entire court, HUD, lending process with no problems. I highly recommend Reginald Perryman to anyone looking for a very competent real estate agent.

Our property was tough to sell because it wasn't a typical house. It was a commercial building in a residential area. We had it on the market before for several months and it didn't move. We recently moved out of the state and needed it to move fast. We found Reginald through Google and he sold it within a month. He was very professional, fast and courteous.
