Rhonda supported us (husband) with buying a home! She was very patient and listened and adhered to what we wanted in a home. She was very resilient because at times I was extremely fickled, exhausted by the process, but she was determined to give us what we wanted! I looked at so many homes but, in the end, the house was chosen based on what God had in His plans from the beginning, and WE LOVE IT!!

Ms. Rhonda Vaughn became our realtor 5 years ago in 2015 for our new construction home. At that time as first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect. Rhonda took her time to explain the process and took charge of everything and led the way all the way through closing. Any and every question ( we had a lot) she always found the answer. 5 years later it came time for us to become seller’s. It was no question to call Rhonda and have her represent us again. And just like the first time, Rhonda guided us through the process this time from the seller’s side. Ms. Vaughn was extremely professional, patient, and understanding. It took me MONTHS to fall in a love with a home that fit most of my criteria because I was so picky. I often reached out to her for advise and she made me feel more than comfortable. Ms.Vaughn was available day or night and it was apparent that she had my best interest at heart.
