I know that Richard is always working toward our best interest and goes above and beyond for each client. I was wonderfully surprised when he completed a final walk through of our last home just prior to closing, and made a video for us, in order to ensure it remained in the same condition. It was the first time we had purchased a home which was vacant. I simply cannot say enough about the great service we have received with each and every home purchase.
