I was linked up with Roger by a friend who lives in Huntsville. My fiancé was sold on moving back to the area, but I was unsure. We met up with Roger on a scouting trip and he went above and beyond to give me a good feel for the area and the neighborhoods with available properties. I have previously only used Redfin for home purchases, and this was a wonderful change of pace. Roger was helpful, listened to our needs, and really helped me feel at ease during our out of state closing on a new build. This is late but I wanted to make sure I got this review completed for Roger with ReMax. Roger deserves more than the allotted 5 stars in this review. What an outstanding and professional performance with Roger. My wife and I relocated from NC for work and there were so many obstacles that had to be worked thru and he not only worked them he made the entire process as easy as possible. Roger took the time during the days and evenings to look at endless homes until we found the right one. His abilities to work with a total stranger and form a professional bond and getting to know my wife and I's likes and dislikes was imperative to our home search. He was able to schedule and setup home walk throughs on a minutes notice and get the bid submittals submitted. I know we were a little a challenging at times due to the relocation from NC but he was able to work around my wife and I's schedule, which speaks volumes on his professional abilities, but most of all he puts a personal touch to make sure his clients are fully aware and prepared for the complete process of the home buying experience. I would highly recommend Roger for anyone buying or selling a home. If and when we have to move, Roger will get our business and will recommend any of our friends and family if they make it this way to Alabama. Thank you Roger for the AWESOME experience with our purchase!!!!
