I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am to have had Roshonda as my Realtor. She came highly recommended during one of the most difficult times in my life. I believe with all my heart that she was meant to be the realtor to walk this journey with me. From the very beginning, she approached everything with compassion, grace, and patience.

What stood out immediately was how sensitive she was to my situation. Never pushy, always thoughtful, and always willing to listen. It took several months to get the home right to put up for sale, and not once did she rush me or make me feel like I was taking too long. She was in it with me, fully, the entire time.

She always had ideas and solutions, and she was proactive and insightful every step of the way. Her deep knowledge, calm demeanor, and professionalism made all the difference. She guided me through every detail, answered every question, and helped me feel safe and confident in each decision I made.

What I found most valuable was her ability to balance professionalism with genuine care. I felt supported, respected, and heard. She made a very hard chapter of my life so much easier to navigate. I would recommend her to everyone.

I honestly can't thank Roshonda Dennis enough for everything she has done to help us find and purchase our new home. From our very first conversation, I expressed how nervous and unknowledgeable of being a homeowner I was. by the end of our first meeting, I felt like we was in great hands. She took the time to really listen and understand what we was looking for—not just the number of bedrooms or the square footage, but the feeling and space we wanted to have when we walked through the front door and through out the house entirely.

Throughout the entire process, Ro was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She was patient with all my anxiety episodes and questions (and there were many!), always available when I needed guidance, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported every step of the way.

What really stood out was how much she truly cared. I never felt like just another client—she treated us like a friend and advocate, always looking out for our best interests. Even during stressful moments, Ro remained calm, encouraging, and solution-focused, which helped us stay grounded and confident in our decisions.

Thanks to Roshonda, we not only found a beautiful forever home, but also had a really positive experience in what can often be a very overwhelming process. I’m so grateful for her expertise, integrity, and kind, warming heart. We would recommend Roshonda Dennis without hesitation to anyone looking to buy a home. She's the real deal.

RoShonda is a very honest, and diligent realtor. She doesn't just stop until she knows her client is getting the best offer. A "no" doesn't stop her from pushing forward, until not only you(her client) is satisfied, but she herself is . I would definitely recommend her services, and should I need to sell, or purchase again, without a doubt RoShonda WILL be my "go to" person. I am one very happy client.

Ro Dennis....I can't say enough good things about her. I was so lucky to find her. As a first time home buyer I first went to an agent that really didn't fo much other than send me houses from her company portal which I could have done myself looking at Zillow. Ro was recommended by a friend and from the time we met she helped me and educated me on the process. She was professional and responsive and really worked hard for me. I say if you are looking for a good realtor that is on the ball and knows the market work with Ro Dennis!

Realtor Ro Dennis was nothing less than amazing! She was the glue that held me together during my home buying process. She was always on top of things and a step ahead of any other parties involved, while simultaneously being very patient and understanding when hiccups occurred during the process. Her communication skills were incredible. She always answered the phone and even if she was busy she sent a text saying when she would be back in touch...and actually followed through! Ro treated me as if I was her own friend or family member during this process and made sure I received the best deal and what was due to me from the opposing agent.
