I’m Savannah Lavender, an Atlanta native and full-time REALTOR® who has been helping buyers and sellers navigate Metro Atlanta since 2015. From the heart of Atlanta to North Georgia and everywhere in between, I’ve built my business around one simple thing: taking care of people.
Buying or selling a home can be exciting, stressful, emotional, and sometimes downright chaotic. My job is to make the process feel a whole lot less overwhelming. I’m hands-on, honest, responsive, and probably going to make you laugh at least a few times along the way. Over the last decade, I’ve helped hundreds of families, repeat clients, referrals, and investors buy and sell homes throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. I don’t believe in treating clients like transactions. Some of my favorite people started as clients and became friends, and referrals and repeat business have become the heart of my career. That’s something I’ll never take for granted.
