Shelley Hawkins

John L. Scott broker Shelley Hawkins has lived in the Pacific Northwest most of her life and enjoys sharing her love of the Puget Sound region with others. She became a broker in 2004 and currently works at the Lynwood Center, John L. Scott office.

Shelley is passionate about all aspects of the real estate business — from strategy development to staging and marketing. To market a home, she tailors her approach based on the home itself but often employs methods including HD photography, drone photography, Facebook advertising, and a listing launch plan. When it comes time to negotiate an offer, she finds exhilaration in attaining the perfect win-win situation that will ensure a seamless and positive sale process.

Shelley’s diverse experience in real estate means she has helped all types of clients achieve their goals, and she loves the satisfaction of making the impossible possible for them. She attributes her success in the industry to her attention to customer care, with the backing of John L. Scott’s technology, training, and services.

When Shelley is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and indulging in what Washington has to offer. She gives back to the community by supporting the Ronald McDonald House at Seattle Children's Hospital, the American Heart Association, and various food drives throughout the year.
