Steavy Carter

As a DFW Native and a third generation Texan, Steavy's life long knowledge of Dallas and the Eastern Corridor are a key advantage to navigating those making a relocation to Texas and finding the perfect place to live. Born and raised, and now raising children of her own in Dallas and Rockwall counties, means Steavy is well acquainted with the cultural aspects of local neighborhoods, school districts and all the intricacies of finding a "Home."

"Finding that perfect home goes beyond just finding a house or condo to live in. Families need to know what LIFE in that community is like - they need to know; 'Where and how are the schools? Where is a great place to worship? Where are the sports leagues for my kids? Just how long will it take me to get to the office?' and then there is the all important question, 'how far is it to Chick-Fil-A?'"

Though extremely passionate about real estate, that passion is second to that for her children Ryanne, Grayson, Harley and Holten. When she's not showing houses and working contracts, you'll find Steavy cheering them on at volleyball and soccer games or swim meets.
