Well tonight he told me it was sold. Me and my husband are so thrilled. We are older now-so we needed to down size . We were only on the Market for a short time. My situation was a bit atypical, but Steve always pushed forward, made himself available to me, and very importantly: gave me advice that ended up being on point, especially when it came to home values and the intangibles that don’t show up in normal comps.

Buying a house in this market can be daunting. Steve makes the process simple and easy. He will go to bat for his client and fight tooth and nail to get you the house you want. After a not so great experience with another real estate agent we were recommended Steven by a close friend, and thankfully we took that recommendation! From the very beginning Steven was amazing! Before, our previous agent made us feel rushed and anxious, made us feel like our questions were a bother but Steven was the exact opposite. He was very laid back, could answer any questions(you can call anytime, literally) and never made us feel like he was just trying to make a sale. There were even a few times he told us upfront(he'd be at the house waiting for us) the house wasn't our style, or was in bad shape, and that honesty was really appreciated! he also made the whole process easy and understandable, which, if you're a first time home buyer, is huge. Steven by far is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with having sold several homes in my lifetime. Steven makes you feel like you are his only client he is a very responsive always answers the phone or will text you immediately to let you know he will call you right back. I’m impressed by Steven Russell’s ability to move around in the housing market and get results where other Realtors have failed. Prior to Steven, our executive-style home was on the market for over a year with another Realtor and not one offer was received. On the other hand, in less than two weeks after Steven put our home on the market (Reliant Realty, advertised as “Coming Soon”), he presented a buyer’s offer for full asking price on the home, sight unseen! That was incredible!! I learned about Steven under the “Ideal Agent” program; and, I am thankful for looking into the Ideal Agent program. We did not know Steven in advance and his office was not in our area and he still drove roughly 45 minutes to an hour each way to meet us on several occasions and our home inspector (which he recommended and the inspector was very detailed and explained anything and everything to us).
