I had the pleasure of working with Surekha Raghuram as my real estate agent for my recent home purchase in Plainsboro, NJ. Her extensive knowledge of the area, including schools, communities, and neighborhoods, was incredibly helpful as I considered different areas to live in (including Plainsboro, West Windsor, and Monroe). What I appreciated most about Surekha was her overall approach - she was always patient, listened to me and my family's needs, and never tried to push us into something we weren't comfortable with. When we found the right house, Surekha's expertise in negotiation helped us focus on the right and impactful requests to the sellers, resulting in a successful outcome. She also went above and beyond in her recommendations - encouraging me to shop around for a mortgage and provided number of suggestions to evaluate - one of her recommendation gave me an amazing rate that I ended up locking. This demonstrated how she put her clients' best interests first throughout the process.
