Working with Mr Tawfik was definitely a wonderful experience. Buying a house like other major life events could be very very bumpy and tough but having Mr Tawfik help my family and I did make a difference. Mr. Anounkou is very professional! He researches and studies his proposals and makes sure that it is what the client benefits from. He arrives on time with every house viewing schedules. He immediately responds (via email, phone or text) to all my inquiries and even provide assistance/ guidance/ help to the items/concerns that I did not ask or know about. He is very passionate and dedicated to his work. I felt well taken care of during the entire house buying process ... from the beginning up to closing! There’s no one like Tawfik he will get the job done. With all the ups and downs I had buying my house he was ready to fight and get me to closing no matter what it took.
