Selling My House was one of the difficult situation I have ever faced as a Man in my Life. Especially having have to separate from My Wife whom I Love dearly.
When Ms. Thao as I affectionately Call Her, was contacted by My Wife to be our Agent to help sells our house, She was a breath of Fresh Air. She explained all the Process that goes into selling a Home. She laid out all the guidelines we have to go through.
Even though our home selling took a little bit of time, she made sure we gets the best offer for our home. She negotiated on our behalf with the prospective buyers and make sure both parties gets a fair deal for their money.
I would highly recommends Ms. Thao for anyone who is in the market either buying or selling their home. She also went above and beyond to assists us to move to our new locations.
I would still seek the professional services of Ms. Thao when I am in the market for my next Home.

Best Real Estate Agent, ever!!!
We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Thao Nguyen!!! She is honest and hands-on (she even helped paint the front hall for us to get the house ready for closing!), and she really helped to take the pressure off of me. As a bonus, Thao offered us free moving service when we moved into our new house (did I mention she also has her own moving truck?!)
To help sell our house in Laurel quicker, Thao spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes her team sells, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. She made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should), like getting the house renovated by her construction crew at a super affordable price, providing a pro-staging service, having professional photographs taken (3D included), and using a wide range of marketing tools (local, online, and social media, etc.) to promote the sales. We were very impressed when we saw our listing. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.
I've recommended Thao Nguyen and her team to everyone I know. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice lady. If you want results, we strongly recommend Thao Nguyen, a super real estate agent!
