As the daughter of a builder, Therese grew up in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, then later lived in Colorado. From a young age, she learned to read blueprints and floor plans with her Dad building most of our homes, wherever they would move. She's had much experience in the housing industry over the years, working with builders and holding positions in design, marketing, management, and new home sales. In May 2006, Therese became a full-time licensed REALTOR® to assist in re-sale property transactions as well. Receiving her brokers designation in the Summer of 2010 offered her even greater opportunities to serve our clients and customers in their real estate endeavors.
Therese doesn't consider herself to be a sales person, but rather a service provider. Representing Buyer or Seller, her aim is to bring her knowledge from experience in all these areas of the industry to assist in your real estate dealings in paradise. To stay sharp, she keeps advised of the current market and continually exceed the mandatory continued educational requirements from the Texas Association of REALTORS®.
Many of Therese's "clients" quickly become personal friends. Since most purchases on and around the area are second home or investment properties, some clients do not live in the area full-time. Therefore, she offers the benefits of her full-service agency. She will assist her clients with whatever concerns or needs they may have before, during and after the purchase. Her business is built upon and thrives on repeat clients and referrals.
Aside from working one-on-one with first-time homeowners and relocation buyers, Therese's expertise extends to luxury and second home properties, real estate investing and development. Her network of investors, builders, commercial and residential developers extends throughout Texas and the United States. The housing industry is in her blood and she has a passion for it! There is no transaction too small or too great to demand Therese's attention.
