Tiffany Henkel

When Tiffany was 2, she previewed houses with her mom, a real estate agent. On several occasions she proclaimed that carpets were ugly or that the house smelled bad in front of the sellers (to her mother's horror). They took measures and their properties sold!

When Tiffany was 5, she helped with fliers and brochures and earned "doll dollars." That was her "mail room" experience. As she grew, she helped set appointments, made direct calls, managed databases, and created marketing materials.

Today, Tiffany identifies properties with laser precision. She negotiates fiercely and effectively. Her support team is exceptional.

In addition to many years of experience, Tiffany’s degrees in marketing and economics from the College of William and Mary give her the skills and credibility to make your sale efficient and successful.

Tiffany is a licensed in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Tiffany grew up in Virginia - Vienna, Great Falls, and Western Loudoun County. Now, lives in Chevy Chase, Washington, D.C.

Director of Training, Tiffany works with industry leaders, top trainers, and develop in-house agent training programs to give our agents world-class real estate training that is cutting edge. With this training and education, her agents are confident, competent, and unstoppable.

Supporting community projects and giving back is an ongoing activity. For three years Tiffany was president of the Washington Chapter of the William and Mary Alumni Association where she supported largest alumni chapter of the College. She continues to and network with that dynamic, ever growing group. Having been raised in the area, her experience and networks are broad and deep.
