Selling our home was a breeze as Tony coached us through the entire thing. He had many little tips and tricks to improve the look and feel of our home and I truly believe we got the best value for our home because of him.

We started to look at purchasing a new home right as the housing market was taking off and Tony navigated us through the entire process. Tony helped us sell and buy our home in the middle of a pandemic- on time, on budget, and within our target neighborhood. This is a remarkable task and one that could only be achieved by the most experienced and dedicated real estate professionals. His knowledge of the home and the real estate market really helped us look beyond cosmetics and focus on structural issues that may be costly. He really listened to what were non-negotiables for our family, but was always willing and available to show us homes that didn’t necessarily fit that bill.

I hope to not need another realtor anytime soon, but if I do, Tony is who i would look to for assistance. His knowledge, reality based approach to Homebuying was invaluable throughout this process.

Tony is a great real estate agent to work with! Very responsive and courteous at all times regardless if you send him a text, email, or call. His contractor / construction experience was helpful in understanding what problems with some homes could be disastrous and even a bit of the process of various repairs to homes if we were to fix them up. The Caldwell Banker website tool is super handy as well! We could favorite homes that we want to visit or make comments on certain homes which is shared with Tony. It is great for trying to be on the same page.

As first-time home buyers, Tony provided some great advice to me and my wife on the closing process and answered what seemed like a million other questions. He was also there for us when trying to construct an offer on the house that my wife and I bought.

Two thumbs up for Tony Zowd and I would definitely recommend him to others!

Mr Zowd and I began discussions long before my needing his real state services. He is to be commended on his willingness to provide information. Because of this I went back to him as a source for getting my rental leased.

Without going into too much, my initial conversation was well over a year or two prior to 2019 when I was able to get the renovation completed on my rental.

I contacted Mr Zowd just before the renovation to get the process rolling for acquiring a tenant. He handled all the paper work and thoroughly explained a great deal for which I was either unsure or had no knowledge of in understanding the screening process.

Even as a seasoned investor, I was grateful to have his knowledge and help.

Tony was recommended to me by my sister-in-law when I was having trouble trying to find a realtor that I felt comfortable with and that knew something about foreclosures since that was what my husband and I originally planned to buy. After talking to Tony on the phone the first time I knew he was our guy. I found Tony back in 2009, through a business savvy friend whose opinions I value.
I had shared with my friend an email that I had received from my then current realtor – He blasted me because I had asked that more photos (there were only 2 home photos) be added to my listing (the home had been on the market for over a year with no offers). He had also stated to me that he was sick of representing small overprice homes. So my friend told me, “I gotta guy I want you to call.”

Soon after Tony took over as my agent, an offer was made. I was not living in the country at the time and needed more hands-on help than most people – Tony was there for me. And in spite of the time difference, he kept in close contact with me via phone and email. Tony was there through every bump, and hiccup – he even assisted the buyers when their own agent was not able to provide them answers.

When we moved back to Maryland and needed to find a place to live, Tony also helped us find a place until we were ready to buy.

Most recently we worked with Tony for our next home purchase. He was always available for showings, making extra informational calls when needed. He has a proven list of associates for whatever need arises. He never let a detail drop. He showed persistence when dealing with unresponsive selling agents, and intervened as necessary when work done as a result of the home inspection was questionable.

Found Tony Zowd on Angie’s List, read the comments, thought they were pretty honest and very personal (that was the key), so I rang Tony. Probably one of the best calls I’ve ever made! By the end of our first conversation, I already felt like we were friends. Of course, at first I just figured Tony was a good salesman. I had no idea how personally he took our discussion. There are not enough good things I can say about my dealings with Tony. He helped my family and me during a difficult time of having to sell my childhood home upon the death of my mother. Tony was courteous, compassionate and was of great assistance prior to, during and after the sale process. He definitely knows the market and has the knowledge and resources to drive traffic to view the property listings online, as well as to entice prospective buyers to visit the property. In fact, we had 4 offers within 48 hours of listing and the hose was sold within 72 hours for slightly more than our asking price. Tony was referred to us by a friend, and he replied immediately to our inquiry to show us homes. He took us to look at three homes I had seen on the internet within a week. We felt at ease with Tony right away and found him helpful and knowledgable , but not at all "pushy'. The home we liked went to a short sale and Tony was right there for us through a very stressful time, as we had to be out of the house we were living in in a few months.
