We worked with Wendy in August of 2022. It was an incredibly stressful time for us- the move was bittersweet and I was also due literally any moment with my fourth child. Due to our situation, she gave us the excellent advice of making things easier on ourselves by moving first, then staging the house so we didn’t need to deal with showings, etc. Once we found our new house we had to scramble to pack and move all while adjusting to the idea of moving across the country and literally having just given birth. We left the place a mess. Wendy’s communication and organizational skills are excellent and she had everything taken care of so that we barely had to think about it. In addition, she listed our house at a strategic price point and had it cleaned up/staged so well that it ended up setting a record high sales price for our neighborhood. She is likable and patient, and most importantly she has the knowledge, experience, and instinct to be the best at what she does. We highly recommend Wendy!

We are a year and a few months post move and I still feel so much appreciation for Wendy's role in getting us here. About 2 years ago, I came across a blog Wendy posted about whether or not it's the right time to move. My husband and I had just started the conversation about possibly looking for a bigger house but were hesitant for several reasons, so I reached out to Wendy to get the ball rolling and get some answers to our questions. From the very beginning, Wendy was super responsive, prompt, never pushy and a wealth of knowledge. We ended up buying a house we never imagined ending up in which is exactly how Wendy predicted it would go. And we sold our house for way above what we ever dreamed possible. Buying and selling a house is a lot of work but Wendy made the process so much easier. Any time we were unsure or questioning ourselves, she always knew exactly what to say. Now, here we are in a house we are transforming in to our perfect home to accommodate our growing family and my heart couldn't be fuller. All of this truly would not have been possible without her by our side. It's obvious at this point but I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Wendy was our listing agent for our home in Mt. Lebanon. She went above and beyond to sell our home quickly (it only took one weekend!) and well over asking. It pays to select a real estate agent that is well-connected in your community AND has years and years of experience in the business because they understand what it takes to sell a home in any market. This is Wendy. She gave us great suggestions to get our home ready to list, was spot on with this listing price, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We fully trusted her and it paid off in spades. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Pittsburgh and the south hills!

She's very knowledgeable, professional, honest and is aggressive enough for the current housing market. From paint colors, negotiating repairs, and even questions we didn't even know if they were important or not -- Wendy was our partner.

Wendy Weaver helped us sell our house in Pittsburgh as part of a relocation. I highly recommend her for selling a house as she made everything so easy for us . In addition to her great personality, she provided rapid responses and expert feedback to any questions or comments we had. Knowing the stress of our relocation, she made communication so easy and worked with us through ideas to prepare for sale. After we put the house up for sale, we received immediate results. We received approximately 20 visits and multiple offers over 5 days to which we were ultimately able to sell our home. Through the contingency period, Wendy once again proved how easy she was to work with as she provided immediate attention to us to address any concerns that arose. As first time buyers, choosing Wendy as our realtor was the best decision we made. Her knowledge of Pittsburgh helped us narrow down our search to areas that fit our budget and lifestyle. We were moving from out-of-state, so she took the time to make sure we knew what was around us at each house and even provided a list of things to do/see during our downtime when house hunting. She answered every email, text, and question promptly and with honesty, which I appreciated. When it became time to make an offer, Wendy walked us through every little detail and made sure we were aware of what cards we could play in a competitive market. I was so excited to receive a phone call from her telling us the sellers had accepted our offer! After a short celebration she laid out all of our next steps to make sure we could close on our ideal date (which was a short couple of weeks) and even worked with the sellers to have our closing date moved up a few days when we hit a bump in the road with our moving company. Absolutely thee best realtor you will ever have the pleasure of working with! My husband and I have befriended Wendy after 4 home sales in 6 years. When we first were moving back to PA from NC, Wendy was so committed to us she would view homes, and send us videos while walking through. (This was before FaceTime was a thing). She’ll tell you what you need to change or keep to sell your home fast and explain in detail what you’re getting yourself into with buying a home. She knows how to get the best deal and will fight for you til you win your offer! She is the best realtor and I will recommend her to anyone I know who’s looking to buy/sell.
