About Aaron

Aaron has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, starting from his first position out of college to his current involvement with real estate, which has given him a comprehensive understanding of the real estate transaction. For 18 years, he worked in the mortgage industry, co-founding Community Mortgage with his wife Sarah Rose, which was licensed as a correspondent lender by the state of Florida and approved by HUD and the VA to originate FHA and VA loans.

Over the last 15 years, he and his wife operated a marketing and advertising company that specifically served the real estate community in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. They produced a real estate-specific publication every four weeks and provided digital advertising services to agents and offices.

As a real estate professional, he prides himself on his customer service focus, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and his understanding of real estate transactions, real estate financing, and real estate marketing. He has extensive knowledge of Central and Northern Palm Beach County, having been raised in Palm Beach County, attended Jupiter schools, operated a business in West Palm Beach, and lived in West Palm Beach for many years.

Aaron grew up in the Palm Beach Gardens/Jupiter area, attended local schools, and graduated from Tulane University with a degree in Economics. He and his wife have been married for over 30 years and have successfully worked together in various businesses for over 25 years. They are proud of their son, Connor, who is a West Palm Beach native and recently graduated from the University of Georgia law school, having attended local private and public Palm Beach County schools.
