I love being a guide to the youth in my Scout troop. As a Scout leader for over 20 years, I’ve grown to enjoy helping young people set goals and go through challenges to accomplish great things while having fun along the way. Similarly, I love my role in helping people “along the trail” to find a house or sell the one they have.
In the 25 years since I started buying and selling homes, the trail has greatly changed. The internet has become an amazing tool to view properties and gather a wealth of information. More recently, the competitive seller’s market has made navigating the negotiations and contract execution more important than ever to have an experienced guide to represent your best interest.
I draw on years of experience from my work as an agent, investor, and in the construction industry to help each of my clients through the multitude of decisions to find them their next home or maximize the value of their existing one to sell.
Beyond my professional life, I enjoy spending time in the outdoors with my wife and two teenagers going hiking, camping, skiing, and distance running. I’ve been an elder at my church since 2015 and actively involved in our local schools and youth sports leagues.
