Aaron Zaretsky

A part of the Urban Innovations team since 1998, Aaron manages the leasing for the commercial office portfolio. His responsibilities include evaluating business opportunities, leading the design and construction efforts for each property, implementing value-add opportunities and negotiating lease documents.

Since beginning in the real estate industry in the mid-1990s, Aaron has obtained extensive experience in leasing office buildings and retail shopping centers in Chicago’s downtown, Gold Coast and Lincoln Park neighborhoods. He has been charged with the acquisition and disposition of various properties as well as repositioning assets for long term holding periods. He also has wide-ranging experience in the residential brokerage and low income housing investment markets in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs.

Aaron graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a major in Marketing and Management. He serves on the River North Business Association Board of Directors and is also on the Planning and Advocacy Committee. Aaron is a licensed Managing Broker in Illinois.
