About Abby

Abby Kelley is a real estate broker with @properties and co-founder of Dwell Wisely Group whose background is much more than just home sales. Building her real estate business has come naturally from having a father who owns his own small business to having experience working as a mortgage broker and as the director of sales and marketing at a luxury boutique brokerage.

Abby has a bachelors degree from Wichita State University Barton School of Business majoring in marketing with an emphasis in real estate. Because of her educational background, Abby puts an emphasis on analyzing market data, return on investment and cash flow, amongst other key indicators. She enjoys working with first-time buyers and multi-unit investors as well as sellers, non first-time buyers, renters and landlords.

As a first time buyer, working with Abby starts with a buyers consultation either in person or via zoom. She walks her buyers through the entire buying process, asks them many questions to learn what is important to them in their new home as well as talking about market trends and discussing timelines.

As a seller, Abby will connect with you for a phone call and then schedule a time to meet you at your home to discuss the detailed listing strategy to get your home sold and to walk through and discuss any work that may need to be done.

Abby and her husband, Punit, bought a condo in Bucktown in Spring 2021 and rehabbed the entire unit and sold it in early Spring 2005 to purchase a home in Lincoln Park in need of a full on gut! They both, with their rescue dog Jax, enjoy going for walks, stopping into Bucktown Pub, doing road trips in the summer, gardening and rehabbing their home.
