Abby Shephard is a 48-year veteran of life. She has provided for her four children, as a single parent, in the real estate industry for over 28 years; helping many people buy their first home, investors build their wealth, and assisted thousands of people reach their best financial/real estate decision for their situation.

She joined Coldwell Banker to better serve her clients, partnering with dynamic professionals who share similar values. She prides herself on being a resource to her clients, doing what is right, and giving back to the community.

In addition to the real estate professionals she has assisted, she has also been a coach and mentor for many women and girls, all over the world, as she enjoys helping others, giving people hope, and opening them to the possibility of a bigger/better life.
