Abin also has extensive experience as an investor himself, having worked with Raise and Rebuild projects, as well as through the early designing/architect process, construction phases, banking, analysis, interacting with planning for zoning committees with cities, and much more. Abin is also experienced in 1031 exchanges, prospecting new relationships, and networking with other industry professionals.

Abin graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelor’s Degree in 2018 and earned his Master’s in Business Administration in 2023 from Walden University, topping the dean’s list and receiving numerous awards.
