Abe knows his trade inside and out, and you can trust him to be the expert to guide you through this important process. He replies to calls, texts and emails in a timely professional manner. He has sold 3 of my properties successfully (January 2026, February 2022 and September 2019). That, in it's self, should speak volumes of quality service he provides to his cliental. I have worked with many realtors in the past so I know what works and what doesn’t. Abe has been absolutely phenomenal to work with! Every time there was a hiccup he was calm and helpful. I would definitely recommend him whether you are listing a home or purchasing. He was knowledgeable, professional and kept us informed with what was transpiring. He went above and beyond to help us with what to list the home for and was great with helping us negotiate our sell. He also was there for us after hours looking at homes and accommodated our crazy schedule. He was patient when we were indecisive and helped us find the perfect home.

There are several reasons why would highly recommend Realtor - Abe Cardenas . Here are a few highlights because there are too many to mention. I will say - He is very knowledgeable about the Housing Market He has great negotiation skills and His level of professionalism is unmatchable.
First of all, he was able to identify And understand my very specific Individualized checklist. He did this patiently because it absolutely takes a lot of patience to try to figure out a customer’s checklist.
As soon as he was able to match my specific location, builder, style, price, etc of the home I desired, then he was proactive and proceeded to execute my desired outcome. His response to my continued questions and the need for immediate explanations were stellar. Abe is definitely a Man that is very compassionate, caring, understanding and seeks to please the house hunting needs of his customers.
He is a Man of his Word - And that alone speaks volumes for him. I will continue to highly recommend Abe as a Realtor - to anyone Looking to purchase a home.

What an excellent realtor to have on our side!
During one of several trips to Las Cruces and viewing model homes we ran a crossed Abe. He offered assistance and gave us his card but at that time we told him we were just looking. After having trouble finding a rental we decided to give Abe a call. We were pleasantly surprised when Abe turned up a rental that was acceptable for us. From that point we started to rely on him more and
more. He was very professional and listen to our wants and needs. It seems like he was always available to take our calls or at least get back to us right away. After many searches we settled for what became our dream home. This is where Abe really excelled. Taking us through the closing process from an inspection to the final walk-through, Abe was there. We would use him again, in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anybody looking for a home. He is a good realtor, a good person and has become a good friend. Thanks Abe!

We are first time home buyers, and we were pretty nervous about the process we had to go through to find and get approved for the new home we would be setting our roots in.
