Although Abe was the listing agent of the house that I purchased, he also represented me through the process. Abe operates exactly how I do: fast & clear communication, and puts words into action immediately. What a breath of fresh air Abraham was to work with! I was looking to purchase a unit in Queens (NYC) and Abraham was the Sellers’s broker. He was dedicated enough to brave a crazy January snow storm to show us the co-op. Since I did not have a broker as a buyer, I was happy to work with Abraham.
