Adam Abronski

Adam Abronski is a seasoned NC Broker with 27 years of experience and a LEED AP credential, proudly with EXP Realty. He is responsible for all aspects of operations and strategic planning for various client initiatives, specializing in market analysis and the implementation of investment strategies for acquisitions, product design, development, and sales & marketing in the residential and mixed-use markets.

Adam served as the inaugural Chairman of the Residential Green Building Committee for the NC Triangle Chapter of USGBC from 2007 to 2009 and was a development consultant for the local CDC Affordable Green Housing Development from 2008 to 2010. He has established strategic partnerships with numerous architectural, development, engineering, construction, and manufacturing companies. Adam focuses on delivering targeted results for both buyers and sellers through expert representation.
