Adam Boardman

Adam Joined the Block + Lot team in the summer of 2013. A 2006 graduate from the University of Kentucky, Adam has had a vested interest in real estate since college, buying and selling property while earning his degree. After college, Adam began working with BC Wood Properties, a local company, ranked in the Top 75 Retail/Shopping Center owners in the country. Over the years Adam worked his way from Property Manager to Leasing Manger, and eventually Asset Manager, where he oversaw the day to day operations of +/- 1.7 million square feet of retail shopping centers located in Tennessee.

Adam specializes in residential, commercial, and land development, as well as property management. Adam gained his CSM Certification (Certified Shopping Center Manager) through ICSC in 2010. Adam is a member of ICSC, LBAR, a Life Member of the LBAR “Million Dollar Club”, a Chair Member for the American Cancer Society and a Board Member of The Good Shepherd Day School.
