Adam Bonewitz

Adam Bonewitz was born, raised, and educated right here in Manhattan. Adam studied communications at K-State and remains very engaged in the local community. He is actively involved with the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and the Flint Hills Builders Association, as well as a vast history of serving on multiple local advisory boards and boards of directors. Additionally, Adam is a fire fighter with the Blue Township Volunteer Fire Department in Pottawatomie County.

Licensed as a real estate sales agent and REALTOR® in 2010, Adam has an extensive list of local connections and deep roots in the Manhattan community. He offers his clients a wealth of local knowledge coupled with home-grown experience. While Adam is an incredible resource for residential buying and selling, he also serves clients by advising and representing them for investment, farm/rural, and commercial real estate, as well as auction services.

Outside of real estate, Adam enjoys anything having to do with the outdoors including cycling, hunting, fishing, camping and backpacking as well as photography.

Adam’s wife, Jessica, is a school counselor in Wamego. The Bonewitzes have two children.
