I highly recommend Adam as a realtor.

He sold two homes for me remotely, I made more money than expected, and he made it as easy as stress free as possible.

I am military with extremely high standards. When I work with someone I want integrity, great work, and no excuses. I want an expert, someone who is confident, timely, with great communication skills, someone that gives me comfort at night when i go to bed that the job will get done and my money will not be wasted. Adam and his team did all of those things.

Me and my wife are both military and moved to Ohio. We had some rental properties we wanted to get rid of. Selling or buying a home can be stressful in person, but doing it remotely, that brings stress to a whole other level. But that was not the case for us.

From start to finish the communication was consistent. Phone calls were answered, and if they weren't I got a text as to why they weren't answered with a follow up time to when he would call back. When fixes were needed to be made to my properties Adam had on standby reliable professionals who could get the property inspection/sell ready with prices the fraction of other local contractors. He also was a bulldog when it came to protecting his clients during the selling phase, respecting mine and my wife's requests by tactfully but assertively/respectfully relaying our wishes/requests and not standing down until a "middle ground" was met that leaned in our favor.

I could go on and one, but Adam is a good dude, great realtor, he sold my homes with little hassle remotely, got me more money than expected, and that's what you want when dealing with real estate.

Phenominal realtor. Detail oriented, schedules to keep everything on track, super responsive to any email/text/phone call, guidance/advice but not pushed one way or another. Used in both buying our new home and selling our old home. Worked with inspectors to make sure everything was in great shape and provided insight on everything to do to prep the house we sold. Very little he couldn't tell us off the top of his head, but if there was, he found the answer and got back to us typically by the next day.

Adam Chubbuck provided my wife and me with superlative advice and highly professional service throughout process of selling our home. At times I was frustrated with the demands of selling a house, and yet Adam always remained calm and unflappable. He was a true rock.

That we share membership in the USN Chief Petty Officer Mess had nothing to do with the level of service he provided; it was just icing on the cake.

You might be able to find a Real Estate agent as good as Adam Chubbuck, but it would take you a long, long time!

When we were selling our home, Adam helped us price it competitively and market it effectively. Adam was networked with a number of contractors, which helped us to quickly and efficiently repair any issues with the house. As a result, our home sold quickly and for a great price.

When we were buying a new home, Adam helped us find a home that met all of our needs and budget. He was also very patient and understanding, as we asked him to show us more than a dozen homes. Once we found a home we loved, Adam helped us negotiate the best possible price.

Adam and his team were everything we could have hoped for in a realtor. They're grade-A professionals beginning to end, and balance their real estate expertise with impeccable service and charisma. He was a pleasure to work with, and set my partner and I up with the forever home we were looking for.

Interpersonally he's down-to-earth, funny and an attentive listener. His calm betrays an array of experience that played out throughout the transaction - from locating options, drafting offers, negotiating, managing the deal and close, and building helpful rapport with the seller, he and his team took care of us.

Adam matched out pace and tone in communicating - he worked like crazy for us and was responsive at odd hours to really move forward on the deal. Further, he was a generous teacher for parts of the process we didn't know as well, and usefully advised us on when to push and when not to. We wound up with a deal that really, really works for our family and exceeds our expectations.

Also worth mentioning is his network. He connected us with a stellar mortgage broker who saved us thousands on our loan; an insurance team who was informative and market-competitive, and a great title co, inspectors, and contractors. His knowledge of the greater MD/VA/PA area is top notch, and he's humble about when he doesn't know things.

I was going to sell my house to a investor because I didn't really want to take time to do repairs but Adam assured me that I could get a certain amount of money for my house if I did so I took his advice ,did the repairs myself except the carpet who Adam got me a great deal on getting that installed by a contractor he knows. To make a long story short, everything Adam told me he could do as far as getting it sold was true almost to the T.. He sold my house in less than 3 weeks for asking price. Everything was very easy from the beginning to the end with closing the deal..I will definitely use him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone who is in the housing market..

My husband and I entrusted Adam with the sale of our home in Warrenton, Virginia in September of 2021. We were looking to sell our home quickly since my husband was starting a new job in the Baltimore area in October. Adam was honest with us about what needed to be done to prepare the house for sale and within a few days of being on the market, our house went under contract for the full asking price. When our settlement hit a speed bump, Adam was there for us calling our buyers settlement officers and he even helped us find a hotel that would take us AND OUR DOGS! He even paid for the hotel stay. I cannot say enough about Adam Chubbuck. He expertly handles every twist and turn in the road to settlement so that you, as a seller or buyer, don't have any worries. I highly recommend him.

We're grateful to Adam for making our long-distance home search a breeze. He is always quick to reply and communicates if he won't be immediately available (rare) to respond. We sent him on quite the hunt over 10 days-- he must have done at least 6 virtual tours for us, at quite a long drive for him, before we found just what we were looking for. And that's not including all the behind the scenes work getting answers to our questions about different properties! We felt comfortable asking him anything because we knew he'd be up front, honest, and working for our benefit, not just his own quick sale.
