Wow!!! Where to start! Ill start by saying i don’t think there is a single realtor out there that could of handled me and all my texts and phone calls and questions the way Annemarie did. Her responsiveness and knowledge of the industry and the local real estate market around here i feel is unmatched. She was all business from the first time she came in and saw our house gave us advice on what we should do to help increase the value and asking price of the house we were selling. So we took her advice and started looking for our new chapter. And after a few short showings she was able to help us land our beautiful new home in a extremely competitive market on a house that had 8 other offers. Beings that we live in Florida and were looking to buy in Pennsylvania, there was no way we could be there in person to see the homes we were interested in. When I first made the decision to sell the house, I was as nervous as could be about the process. However, these nerves quickly dissipated once Annemarie went to work!

From scheduling the photos within days of deciding to sell, to her zealous advocacy during negotiations, Annemarie worked tirelessly to get the deal done. And, all of her efforts seemed to be orchestrated with an eye toward minimizing my stress and putting my mind at ease throughout the entire experience.

Annemarie’s most impressive quality was her level of accessibility and timely communication. Even as she tirelessly served other clients, Annemarie remained in constant contact, updating me at each stage of the process and responding to ALL of my messages very quickly. At no point was I ever left wondering or anxious.

Annemarie’s exceptional advocacy and communication skills were put to the test late in the transaction, when Buyer’s lender backed out of providing financing with a little over a week left until settlement! One would think this would have been a nerve wracking update, but I felt as “cool as a cucumber”. When family asked me why I didn’t seem more nervous about this development, I calmly explained that I had seen enough to know that Annemarie would take care of things. And, take care of things she did! Annemarie utilized a lender she had personal experience with in order to solve the Buyer’s problem for them. Due to Annemarie’s quick thinking and tireless work habits, settlement wasn’t even delayed by a single hour! Before meeting Annemarie, I would have thought such a feat to be impossible. But, having seen her in action throughout the process, I knew she’d give her everything to overcome the odds.

Overall, you can tell Annemarie takes the utmost level of pride in her work, going the extra mile at every opportunity. If working with Annemarie twice in less than two years doesn’t sum up how much we enjoy working with her, then I’m not sure what will. We bought our first home together amongst the peak of the pandemic in 2020 with Annemarie. She helped us find the house that checked off all our boxes and worked through the inspection and negotiation process seamlessly. She made purchasing a home for the first time so easy.

Fast forward to a year later when we were faced with having to relocate and sell the perfect home Annemarie helped us into. Although it was bittersweet to pick up the phone and call her about selling, we knew Annemarie would be the person to make sure we were taken care of. She helped with every question, concern, and logistic involved with selling and moving at the same time. We had buyers interested in our home before it was photographed and on the market. After over 10 showings, a multiple offers, and our neighbor’s house going on the market at the exact same time, she fought to get us over asking price and no inspections. As tough as it was to sell our home, we couldn’t have asked for an easier experience or a better realtor. Annemarie is so dedicated to her clients and what she does and we are so grateful to have worked with her in such a crazy market!

We worked with Anne Marie to sell our home earlier this month. Anne Marie was so friendly, energetic, knowledgeable and professional. From our first meeting I realised that she took the time to understand what was in our heart, and did all within legal limits to ensure she did the best she could. She was very prompt in responding to calls, texts or enquiries. The process was easy and she supported us all the way through to the signing of documents at closing.
