Adam Hancock

Adam Hancock loves being a Sarasota local! Born in Maryland, his parents fell in love with Siesta Key and relocated the family when he was just 4 years old. Growing up in South Sarasota with a love for all things sports and coastal living, Adam's early life was spent proudly fishing his way around every square each of the city. After graduating from the University of West Florida, he spent the better part of 10 years building a Corporate Finance career, with stints both in North Carolina and across Tampa Bay. Eventually, Sarasota's allure came calling and Adam returned to the area with a primary focus on real estate.

Now, Adam and his wife Kelly are raising their adventurous son Solomon, to enjoy all the wonderful things our city has to offer! They enjoy hanging in the pool, swinging at the park, and finding every new lunch spot and coffee shop in town.

Adam loves helping his clients find the best space for their needs and get the most value for their properties. His intimate knowledge of the city and passion for the area is a big asset when matching clients with the best fit for their current lifestyle/lifestage.
