Adam King

Adam King has been in the real estate industry for many years. Born and raised in the Washington, DC area, he moved to Huntersville in 2005 and received his license that year. Having worked at a mortgage company previously, he is well versed with the funding side of the transaction and therefore is better able to explain the process of purchasing and selling.

As a Production Manager at his first job, Adam learned the skills necessary to create processes and systems and incorporate them into any assignment. This fundamental skill helps him keep on top of the many tasks that are necessary in a real estate transaction. All home sales or purchases are different, and you need to look at each one individually to find the issues ahead of time and ensure a smooth transaction. Passing on this information to a buyer or seller is what he feels is the most important step in the real estate process as an educated consumer is always his best client.

Since starting in real estate, Adam has sold homes all over the Charlotte metropolitan area. He continues to serve the entire area but as a resident of Huntersville, he focuses on the Lake Norman area as his specialty. As a photography major in college, Adam brings his talents to help his clients sell their homes by creating professional HDR images to every listing he has. In addition, Adam is a licensed sUAS drone pilot and uses that for spectacular HDR drone photography as well.
