Real Estate is what Adam does, and he loves it. He loves that he can help people with one of the largest financial decisions they will make in life. This is his full-time job, and he lives and breathes real estate. Adam has a great and unique back story. His career prior to getting into real estate was in the hospitality industry. He won’t bore you with all of the details, but he’s had great success because his focus has always been assuring that his customers had a fantastic customer experience.
Adam had an extensive career with Panera Bread. He started with them at the beginning of their launch. When he started with them in the 90’s they were still called St. Louis Bread Company. And although, he had a strong customer service background prior to working there, Panera really taught him a lot about customer service and doing whatever it takes to make sure the customer has a wonderful experience. This is what Adam brings with him to the real estate world. At the end of the day, he is still in the customer service industry, and he believes this is what separates him from most agents. In addition to his experience with Panera, he had the honor of working for Wolfgang Puck in Los Angeles as well. There Adam continued his focus on service and obviously a tremendous focus on quality.
